School Supplies                                                           

Here is a narrowed-down list of 2nd Grade school supplies that we will use in our classroom. This list is a reduced version of the one you'll find published in the local stores; I am only requesting the things we will actually use on a regular basis. Please send in whatever you can whenever you can, but write your child's name on the supplies before sending them to school. Please stay tuned for the need to replenish some of the supplies about mid-year.

• 1 dozen #2 yellow pencils (no mechanical ones)   
• 1 pair scissors                                                           
• 2 glue sticks                                                                                         
• 1 box of crayons (24 count)                                       
• 1 pencil box                                                   
• 1 large box of tissues                                                 
• 1 bottle hand sanitizer (average size)             
• 1 plastic/paper 2-pocket folder (with or without prongs) 
• 1 container of anti-bacterial wipes                             
• 1 package of 4 dry erase markers (black only)
• 1 plastic 12 inch ruler (with centimeters)                             
• 1 wide rule composition notebook                             
• 2 yellow highlighters

• Backpack
• Refillable water bottle
